Recent Project: GBC International Bank

GBC, Bank, Women, HVAC repairs

WHO THEY ARE.
GBC International Bank (GBCIB) was organized as the First Women’s Bank of California in 1976. Later renamed as Guaranty Bank of California. In August 2007, they adopted a new name, GBC International Bank. The name reflected their expertise in handling international trade and commercial real estate financing, and business and personal banking services. Supposedly, their staff are multi-lingual; English, Spanish, Indonesian, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Burmese, and Russian. Hm. Interesting.

WHAT THEY’VE ASKED OF US.
They wanted new air conditioning units to be installed. We are to supply and install 5 Carrier 5-ton packaged heat pumps (Model: 50EZ-060). Along with that, we are to also install new duct work that consists of 45-50 registers and grilles. So far, our installers have put in the duct work necessary to start the rest of the installation process. We’re currently waiting for the rest of the heat pumps to come in.
