Met Apartments (Downtown Los Angeles)

The summer heat doesn’t seem to be letting down anytime soon. Our most recent projects had come from deep in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles.

the metThe Met Apartments are one of the new trendiest places to live. The ultra modern looking building is located in the South Park area , it is located a couple of minutes from where L.A Live stands. The Met apartments are perfect for young Angelenos who are looking for a new places to explore. Hollywood nightlife can sometimes become to dangerous and repetitive with people stumbling around. This is a good place to start in the search for new places to mingle.

When we arrived to the apartment building, we saw that much of the place had a modern twist and much of the technology was seen underneath the buildings exterior.

The problem we found was that we needed to install a brand new Water Source-Heat Pump, which we use for commercial buildings like The Met.

Commercial high-rise buildings often need the best in heating to withstand major use overtime. The longer the unit lasts, the less amount of calls we get from standard procedures like this one.

If you are seeking for a comfortable place to live, the met is located on 950 s. flower st has a very chic and modern look, close to both the nightlife and city lights.
