Our technicians were recently called for a service call for a Wells Fargo bank in Granada Hills. Normally the offices in the area need regular maintenance since the heat is in the triple digits during the summer. The service call called for an installation of an electric damper, temperature control, along with some office duct work.

When installing an electric damper, its is important to know that replacing them can help in reducing energy consumption. One of the best things to do is replace the old electric damper with the newer ones since the technology is a lot more advanced and can save energy for the future. It ensure the best air flow when installed properly.

After the electric damper was installed, then the temperature control was put into place. This is placed along with the newly replaced duct work.

The office was completely done after that. Surviving the Granada Hills heat was bearable with a working HVAC system.
